Touromo from National Express

Touromo is part of National Express Group and was formed by the bringing together of seven different coach holiday brands from two coach operators – Lucketts Group and Stewarts Group. Both have extensive sector experience and millions of happy customers. Touromo brings high standards, talent and experience to the new brand, creating a truly modern, first-class service. 

The new website needed to reflect a modern, forward thinking brand. 

We began with in depth desktop research into the audience and competition (Both direct & indirect) which informed the information architecture & design process.

We worked with National Express’s internal technology team & 3rd party suppliers to provide a seamless integration to internal systems and booking platforms. 

The site was set-up for best practice search engine optimisation and tracking to monitor customer behaviour & inform future UX/UI improvements.

The website went live as part of a large National advertising campaign to great acclaim. 

We undertook an ambitious project to migrate seven of our websites into one and rebrand at the same time. We were working on very tight timescales and had a hard deadline we had to meet. We worked closely with Juicy to rebuild the front end of our website, both incorporating the new brand identity and providing as many UX improvements as we could. The team at Juicy were great to work with, they took onboard our feedback, were flexible in their approach, and handled some drastic last minute changes well. The result is a brilliant website that truly encapsulates our new brand.
