We undertook initial end user research and testing to investigate where customers had usability issues in their booking process. The results led us to investigate how we could change the technology / integration with the booking software solution.

We opted to use API’s to allow us to control content and layout of all content up until the point of booking. This also enabled Lucketts to have much more powerful
editing capabilities. The site was built on a WordPress platform using Divi theme for editing and management.

An important part of the project has been benchmarking performance prior to the remake to allow some clear analysis of the impacts of the changes on booking levels.
